energy.
“we are energy.
we are nature.
we are life.”
awareness.
we have lost touch with our acute animal senses and intuitive abilities.
society teaches us to think and become someone keeping us forever in our heads. by believing there is something we have to do or fix, someone to blame, we only add further to the polarity in ourselves and the world, and drift.
go inward and become aware of all that we are connected with. notice life now.
resonance.
we are but fields of vibrating energy, our lives merely a reflection of our environment and whatever frequencies we give energy to and resonate with.
whatever we identify with, or once identified with, is reflected back to us wherever we go, whoever we meet.
as we give energy to our thoughts we subconsciously create them: we live in a funnel of our own self reinforcing beliefs.
flow.
nature made us just fine. we have built in regenerative potential that can keep us clear and balanced but we always get in the way.
we do not need to understand our past to let go of our limitations. if we can observe - thoughts, feelings, sensations, perceptions, experiences - without judgement, our energy may relax and restore balance in the moment.
life starts to feel like an autonomous process that flows through us and connects us with all of existence in the now.
creation.
when we stop giving energy to beliefs or an identity and embrace all we encounter, we allow the filters that distort our perception of reality to clear and open into new dimensions of understanding.
there are many perspectives of truth. life is magical, our potential limitless if only we stop getting in the way trying to be someone.
stop the subconscious recreation of the struggles of the past. let it go and open your heart and mind to a life that is beyond belief, and free.
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift.”
— Albert Einstein
